Our At-Home Floor Thai Massage is a sacred pause — a gentle unfolding of body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in ancient wisdom, this practice weaves together breath, touch, and movement to awaken the places within you that have longed for care.

On the floor, through slow, rhythmic pressure and graceful assisted stretches, we awaken your body’s own wisdom to heal. We listen to what your body already knows: how to soften, how to open, how to heal.

Thai massage is often called “lazy yoga” for a reason — you’ll be guided through passive movements that leave you feeling lighter, longer, and deeply renewed.

No rushing. No striving. Just deep, nourishing presence.

 

What to expect:

  • A full-body, clothes-on session (wear comfy, stretchy clothing)

  • Gentle compression, acupressure, and assisted yoga-like stretches

  • A calming, meditative pace that leaves you grounded and refreshed

  • No equipment needed - just a clear space of about 2 metres square

 

Your session is a ceremony of care:

  • Gentle compression, rhythmic pressure and restorative touch along the body’s energy pathways

  • Passive stretches to free tension, restore muscular ease and create spaciousness
